What this is
Numbery AI is an internal accounting tool that connects to Fortnox and your company's bank accounts to help automate bookkeeping tasks. It is operated by Numbery Group AB for internal use.
What data we access
When you connect a bank account, we access read-only information including account details (name, IBAN, currency, balance) and transaction history. We do not access payment initiation or any other banking features beyond account information and transactions.
How data is stored
Bank session tokens are stored encrypted on our local server. Raw transaction data fetched during a session is saved temporarily to disk and deleted automatically after 7 days. No bank data is sent to third-party services or stored in the cloud.
Who has access
Only authorised members of the Numbery team have access to this tool and the data it handles. Data is not shared with, sold to, or processed by any external parties beyond Enable Banking (our regulated Open Banking provider) and Fortnox (our accounting platform).
Your rights
You can disconnect a bank connection at any time, which immediately deletes the stored session and removes access to your accounts. For questions about your data, contact us at info@numbery.se.
